Bologna and pistachio cheesecake: the original and delicious recipe!

This savory cheesecake makes a great appetizer option for any party or even weekday dinner for your family!
INGREDIENTS
200g crackers
40g (4 tbsp) pistachios
100g butter
For the filling:
260g (1 cup) ricotta cheese
260g (1 cup) cream cheese
20ml (2 tbsp) milk
For decoration:
Mortadella
Pistachios.
METHOD
- Grind crackers in a blender. Add ground pistachios and melted butter. Mix.
- Spread in a mold and allow to harden.
- Mix ricotta, cream cheese, and milk. Coat over crust in mold and allow to cool for 60 minutes.
- Decorate the edge with mortadella and sprinkle with pistachios.
