Millefeuille cake with mascarpone and orange cream: you'll fall in love with this dessert

Ingredients:
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
Mascarpone and Orange Cream:
300 gr of orange juice
80/100 grams of sugar
25 gr of corn starch
250 gr of Mascarpone
50 grams of powdered sugar
 
Directions:
1. Divide the puff pastry as shown in the video and bake at 175 ° for 12/15 minutes.
2. Cream: First mix sugar and corn starch. Then pour the juice and let it thicken on the fire. Separately, mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar. Combine the two compounds and form a homogeneous cream.
3. Assemble the millefeuille and enjoy it with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
