Directions:
1. Divide the puff pastry as shown in the video and bake at 175 ° for 12/15 minutes.
2. Cream: First mix sugar and corn starch. Then pour the juice and let it thicken on the fire. Separately, mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar. Combine the two compounds and form a homogeneous cream.
