Sandwich star: the idea to put on the table for a beautiful Christmas dinner!

This appetizer idea is a crowd pleaser on any occasion!

INGREDIENTS

Bread for sandwiches

Tzatziki

Cream cheese

Smoked salmon

Eggplant cream

Pistachio grains

Salame rose

METHOD

Spread the tzatziki on a slice of sandwich bread and then cover it with another slice. Crosscut to get 4 small triangles.
Repeat the process for the two other fillings. For the second one add the cream cheese and salmon, and for the third one add the eggplant cream.
Spread the cream cheese on top of the sandwich star to cover it, sprinkle it with pistachio grains, and add the salami rose on top.
