First Christmas tree

INGREDIENTS

1 Puff pastry

25g (1 tbsp) of Pesto

25g (1 tbsp) of Tomato paste

25g (1 tbsp) of Parmesan cheese

Cheese and olives for decoration

METHOD

Cut the puff pastry on the 2cm stripes and spread on one half the pesto and on the other tomato paste. Sprinkle both parts with the parmesan cheese.
Roll each strip to make a tree and pierce it with a skewer stick. Transfer the sticks to the oven and bake at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
Add the skewer stick on the cheese to create a tree stand and add the green olive on top.

Second Christmas tree

INGREDIENTS

Cheese

300g of Bread for sandwiches

150g of Salame

Mayonnaise

METHOD

Take the cheese and pierce it with a star-shaped mold to make a Christmas tree top.
Take the bread for sandwiches and pierce it with the flower mold starting from the biggest one to the smaller one shape. Repeat the process with salame and create the flowers for all sizes of the mold.
Start by arranging the bread spreading the mayonnaise on top. Add the salame, then the smaller piece of bread, and repeat the process until all the bread and salame shapes are arranged. Finally, stab the star with a toothpick and add it to the top of the tree.

INGREDIENTS

Bread for sandwiches

Smoked turkey breast

Cheese

Black olives

Cucumber

Carrot

METHOD

We start by arranging the piece of bread cube then we add the smoked turkey breast on top.
Stab the skewer stick on the bread and turkey, and start adding the cheese, olive, cucumber cut on strips.
Finally, we add the carrot to create the top of the tree.
