Hot dog bread: fluffy, easy and so delicious

Ingredients:
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
5g (1½ tsp) instant dry yeast
1 large egg + to apply to the dough
42g (3 tbsp) soft butter
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water (milk)
(Add a little more water if your dough is too dry)
12 small pieces of hot dog
Mayonnaise + chili sauce/tomato sauce + parsley
Directions:
1. Dough: in a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast, egg and butter. Then add water and cover the dough for 60-90 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 12 parts and make the balls.
3. Place the balls in a mold and cover for 30 minutes.
4. Add the hot dog and spread a beaten egg.
5. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
