A delicious side dish that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS

700g cauliflower
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
40g (5 tbsp) parmesan
Salt
Pepper
5g (1 tbsp) chopped parsley
200g (1 cup) cheese cubes
100g chopped bacon
Olive oil
METHOD

METHOD
- Cut the cauliflower a d cook it.
- In a bowl add breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix it and cover the cauliflower with this mixture.
- Place them in a pan and add cheese cubes, bacon and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake at 360ยฐF/180ยฐC for 20 minutes. Serve.
