Sponge Christmas trees: how to prepare a delicious and original dessert

Ingredients:
3 medium whole eggs
60 grams of flour 0
40 grams of almond flour
25 gr of bitter cocoa
90 grams of granulated sugar
4 gr of vanilla yeast
Zest of an organic orange
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon (3gr)
Decoration:
50 gr of white chocolate
Red and green candied cherries (to taste)
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar well until you have a frothy mixture.
2. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and almond flour.
3. Finally add the orange peel, cinnamon and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Cut and decorate the cake to form Christmas trees.
