Beet savory roll: the tasty and colorful recipe to try

Ingredients:
Dough:
2 boiled beets
3 eggs
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of oil
80 gr flour
1 tsp of sugar
Filling:
200 gr cream cheese
Parsley
2-3 pickled cucumbers
1 herring
Directions:
1. Dough: grate the beets and mix them with egg yolk, salt, oil and flour. Then whip the egg whites and add them into the mixture. Pour the batter on a baking tray and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
2. Filling: mix the cream cheese with parsley, chopped cucumber and spread all on the dough. Add the herring too.
3. Roll all together and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
4. Then cut and enjoy the beet roll.
