Greek yogurt pound cake: how to prepare a fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
180 gr of greek yogurt
130 gr of flour type 1
40 gr of potato starch
80 ml of milk
60 ml of seed oil
80 gr of sugar
100 gr of dried apricots
50 gr of chocolate drops
10 gr of baking powder
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with sugar for 12 minutes.
2. Then mix the yogurt with lemon peel and milk.
3. Then add oil, flour, potato starch and baking powder.
4. Add the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Add dried apricots and chocolate drops.
6. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40/45 minutes.
