Cauliflower mini salad: a delicious meal to try right now

Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower
1-2 carrots
2 cans of canned tuna
A handful of peas
Salt
Pepper
For the avocado mayonnaise:
2 ripe avocados
60 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
A few drops of lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
1. Cut and boil the cauliflower and the carrots.
2. Boil the peas and the eggs.
3. Mix all together, add the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
4. Make the mayonnaise and pour it on the salad.
5. Refrigerate and serve this amazing meal.
