Fried brioches filled with chocolate: irresistible both for a snack and for breakfast!

Perfect for a tasty snack! 
 
INGREDIENTS
140ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
40g (1/4 cup) sugar
7g dry yeast
250g (2 cups) flour
¼ tsp salt
20g butter
 
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Sesame
Melted chocolate
 
Vegetable oil

METHOD
  1. Mix milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add flour, salt, and mix until you get a dough.
  3. Add butter and mix well.
  4. Knead for 10 minutes and let rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 10 pieces, form balls, and let rest for 10 minutes. Flatten each ball, sprinkle sesame on one side of the circle, and flip it over.
  6. Make several cuts on the opposite side of the sesame. Pipe chocolate jam on the other half and roll-up.
  7. Let stand for 30 minutes. Fry until golden brown.
