Fried cauliflower: delicious and easy to make

INGREDIENTS
1 medium cauliflower
120g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken stock powder
240ml (1 cup) water
120g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Cut cauliflower into florets and make a few small slits on top of each floret.
2. Boil a pot of salted water and cook cauliflower florets in it for 6-7 minutes. Let cool down.
3. In a medium bowl whisk flour with salt, chicken stock powder, and garlic. Slowly pour in water and whisk again, just to make sure there are no lumps left.
4. Dip each floret into the batter and cover with breadcrumbs.
5. Fry cauliflower florets in preheated oil for around 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
