Toast bread pockets: for a simple and delicious aperitif!

INGREDIENTS
8-10 slices of toast bread 
Water 
1 cucumber 
200 g smoked salmon  
200 g cream cheese  
Dill 

METHOD
1. Roll out each piece of bread and cut it into two pieces, spread it with water, and wrap it in a pocket.
2. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl mix together cream cheese with chopped dill.
4. Fill pockets with cream cheese, chopped salmon, and dill.
