How to make a delicious brioche in no-time

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) milk
200ml (4/5 cup) mineral water
200ml (4/5 cup) vegetable oil
1 egg
7g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder
625g (5 cups) flour
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with mineral water, sugar, and yeast. Add in oil, flour, and salt.
2. Divide the dough into two pieces and add a little flour to the first, and cocoa powder to the second. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
3. Roll out the dough, top the white dough with dark dough, and press with a lid to make a circle, and press with a glass to make a smaller circle in the center, make the cuts, and twist them.
4. Decorate with black and white dough flowers in the center. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
