Chickpeas cutlet: the quick dish for a simple and delicious dinner!

They have become a recurring dish in our kitchen and everyone loves them! They are super crispy, flavorful and so simple to make! You have to try them!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200g (2 cups) chickpea flour
120ml (1/2 cup) water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
METHOD
- Mix chickpea flour with salt, paprika, and cumin in a bowl. Add cornstarch, oil, and water and mix until you get a paste.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and place it on top of the breadcrumbs and form a cutlet. Fry in a pan.
