Puff pastry cones with cream: a delicious treat that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
50ml (3 tbsp) milk
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar for coating
500ml (4.25 cups) whipped cream
Vanilla cream
METHOD
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, then cut strips up to 3 cm thick lengthwise.
- Make foil chips, and roll strips of puff pastry along the mold to make shiny cannoli.
- Coat the dough with milk, coat with sugar, and bake at 200°C/390°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Whip the cream and richly fill the inside of the cannoli with the cream.
