Puff pastry cones with cream: a delicious treat that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
50ml (3 tbsp) milk
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar for coating
500ml (4.25 cups) whipped cream
Vanilla cream
 
METHOD
  1. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, then cut strips up to 3 cm thick lengthwise.
  2. Make foil chips, and roll strips of puff pastry along the mold to make shiny cannoli.
  3. Coat the dough with milk, coat with sugar, and bake at 200°C/390°F for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Whip the cream and richly fill the inside of the cannoli with the cream.
