Pumpkin velvet soup: the secret to preparing and storing it!

The perfect comfort food to try!

INGREDIENTS
1 pumpkin
1 onion
2 carrots
2 potatoes
Garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1l water

METHOD
  1. Put olive oil in a pot. Add onion and chopped garlic. Mix. Cut potato and carrot and add to the pot. Mix well.
  2. Peel and cut a pumpkin and add to the pot, add water, salt, pepper, thyme, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Blend until you get a creamy texture and serve.
  4. With the rest, let cool and pour into an ice tray. You can easily reheat it later.
