How to make a perfect chicken suop

Ingredients:
2 chicken legs
1 tomato
1 leek
1 celery
1 turnip
3 carrots
2 glasses of chicken broth or water
1 piece of ginger
1/2 onion
1.5 liters of water
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, add chicken, tomato, leek, celery, turnip, carrots, broth, ginger and onion.
2. Then pour in the water and add salt and pepper.
3. Cook everything for 90 minutes over low heat.
4. Strain the broth and fillet the chicken.
5. Heat together and, if you like, lower the pasta.
