Fluffy sweet bread: the recipe to make it super soft and moist!

Just a few ingredients to make the most fluffy bread rolls ever!
INGREDIENTS
325g (2 ⅝ cups) all-purpose flour;
120ml (½ cup) warm milk;
30g (2 tbsp) sugar;
2g (1 tsp) salt;
7g dry yeast;
1 egg;
25g (2 tbsp) soft butter.
METHOD
- Whisk warm milk with sugar, egg, and yeast.
- Combine salt with flour and add to the liquids.
- Knead the dough until smooth and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Knead soft butter into the dough.
- Set the dough aside for 30 minutes, then cut into pieces and roll each one out.
- Roll the dough into cigars and place it on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Set aside for an hour, brush with egg wash before baking.
- Bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
