Stale bread and sausage meatball: original and tasty way to reuse it

Ingredients:
150 g. of stale bread
300 g. of sausage
20 g. of grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
A teaspoon of chopped parsley
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
A spoonful of red wine
Directions:
1. Soak the stale bread.
2. Crumble the sausage by adding a tablespoon of wine.
3. Then mix the sausage with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs and bread.
4. Form the meatballs and cover them with a drizzle of oil.
5. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
