Pumpkin and apple pie: the soft and fragrant seasonal recipe!

You only need a few staple ingredients to make a fragrant cake that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
80ml (1/2 cup) oil
30ml (3 tbsp) lemon juice
250g (3/4 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
200g (1 1/2 cup) pumpkin
2 apples
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. Grate the pumpkin and cut the apples into small slices.
  2. In a bowl put the eggs, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Whisk it and add oil and lemon juice. Add flour and baking powder. Mix it and add pumpkin and apples.
  3. Mix it and pour the mixture into a pan. Decorate with apple slices.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and serve.
