Crunchy potatoes: light and irresistible!

A tasty appetizer to try!

INGREDIENTS
300g Potatoes
40g (2 tbsp) Rice flour
10g (1 tbsp) Cornstarch
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
20g (2 tbsp) Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Put them in a pot with water and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Mash them and add rice flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix it and add powdered sugar.
  3. Mix it well and place the mixture on a floured surface. Roll it and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Press with a fork on top of them.
  5. Put them in a pan with hot oil and fry. Serve.
