Onion and oregano focaccia: the easy way to make it fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
500 gr. 00 flour
A handful of black or green olives
1/2 onion
10 gr. brewer's yeast
350 ml hot water
35ml Olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Origan
Black sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the water.
2. In a bowl put the flour, salt, oregano, oil, water with yeast and the remaining water.
3. Mix everything well to create a homogeneous mixture.
4. Knead the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes (2 times).
5. Finally let it rest until doubled in volume.
6. Roll out the dough into a greased pan and let it rest for another hour.
7. Then season the focaccia and bake at 200 ° for 15/20 minutes.
