Stuffed potatoes: an original way to prepare dinner!

INGREDIENTS
8 Potatoes
8 Potatoes
Oil
Salt
8 Eggs
Chilli pepper
100g of Cheese
Parsley
METHOD
- Wash the potatoes, cut on one side, and with the spoon remove the middle part. Brush the potatoes with oil and bake in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 35 minutes.
- Season them with salt and in each potato add the egg. Season each potato with chili pepper and add the cheese on top.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 15 minutes and decorate with parsley.
