Butter cookies with jam: you need to try this recipe

Ingredients:
75 gr of butter
40 grams of powdered sugar
105 grams of flour 00
1 egg yolk
vanillin
apricot and strawberry jam to taste
icing sugar to sprinkle to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the butter with the flour.
2. Then add powdered sugar, egg yolk and vanillin.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and leave in the fridge for an hour.
4. Then form the biscuits and bake at 356°F(180°) for 15 minutes.
5 Then stuff with jam.
