Homemade bread: the simple way to make it perfect

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
7 gr instant yeast
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of vinegar
315 gr lukewarm water
Directions:
1. Add flour, yeast, salt, water and vinegar to the mixer.
2. Work everything until you have a uniform dough.
3. Let it rise until doubled in volume.
4. Then roll out the dough and fold it.
5. Cover it and let it double in volume again.
6. Make some cuts on the surface and bake at 220 ° for 30-35 minutes.
