Purple sweet potato soft bread: the original and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
5g instant dry yeast
200g boiled purple sweet potato
125ml warm water or milk
42g melted butter
1 egg
Little oil, butter, sugar, egg to apply
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix flour, dry yeast and boiled purple potato.
2. Then add milk, melted butter and egg.
3. Make a uniform dough and cover for 1 hour.
4. Divide the dough into 8 parts, spread and roll them.
5. Place all into a mold and cover for 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
