Homemade sofficini: for a quick and delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
250ml (1 cup) milk
250g (2 cups) flour 00
50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter
salt to taste

For the filling:
300g bechamel
120 g cooked ham
150 g mozzarella
 
For breading:
3 eggs
Breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Pour the milk into the pan, then add the butter and salt, stir until heated over low heat, then add the flour and mix until you get a fine dough. Wrap the dough in foil and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare a filling of mozzarella cheese, cooked ham, and bechamel sauce.
  3. Roll out the dough lightly and roll it out with the help of a round mold.
  4. Fill the dough with the mixture, coat the edges with water, then fold the dough and press the edges with a fork.
  5. Roll the stuffed dough in eggs, then in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil.
