Bread fritters: a simple meal rich of taste

Ingredients:
150 grams of fresh breadcrumbs
150 gr of grated cheese
parsley
salt
pepper
milk to taste
2 eggs
tomato puree
Directions:
1. Remove the crust and cut the bread into several portions.
2. Pour in the milk and let the crumb soften.
3. Then squeeze it well to eliminate the excess milk.
4. In a bowl, mix with cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs.
5. Form the meatballs and fry them in hot oil.
6. Then pass them in the sauce and serve.
