Breakfast stuffed peppers: a low carb recipe to try!

Perfect for a healthy, low-carb breakfast or brunch.
INGREDIENTS
Green, red and yellow peppers
Salt
Pepper
Water
4 eggs
Milk
Cheddar
Cooked bacon
Chives
METHOD
- Cut the peppers in half.
- Place the halves on a baking sheet.
- Pour a little water on each pepper and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
- Mix egg, salt, pepper, milk, cheese, bacon, and chives in a bowl. Pour in each pepper and bake for 35 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
