Pork loin with onion sauce: the delicious meal to absolutely try

Ingredients:
A piece of pork loin head
1 onion
4-5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
400-500 ml meat broth
1 glass of Brandy or Cognac
2 oranges
Directions:
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
2. Brown it in a pot with oil. Then set aside.
3. In the same pot cook garlic, onion, bay leaves, liquor and orange juice.
4. Add the meat and the broth, cook for 30 minutes.
5. Cut the meat and serve with the sauce.
