Crumb coated roasted potatoes: a side-dish to make in no-time!

How to make crispy and delicious potatoes in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
600g of Potatoes
Salt
Dry rosemary
Paprika
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
100g (1 cup) of Breadcrumbs
Rosemary for baking and decorating

METHOD
  1. Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes. Leave in cold water for about an hour. Pour the potatoes into boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Season with salt, dry rosemary, and a pinch of sweet paprika. Then add oil, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs and mix them all together well.
  3. Pour onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add fresh rosemary, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F/180°C for about 25 minutes.
  4. Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve.
