Chocolate ice cream: the classic creamy and delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
25g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
500ml (2 cups) milk
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream
Chocolate shavings for decorating

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together cocoa powder, milk, sugar. Boil on medium heat, whisking all the time. Cool completely.
  2. Beat whipping cream and add in prepared chocolate mixture.
  3. Freeze for 7-8 hours.
  4. Serve with chocolate shavings.
