Crumble apple pie

This dessert is really delicious, every bite will leave you speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
400g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar
140g (5/8 cup) of butter
2 eggs
16g (1 1/8 tbsp) of baking powder
3 apples
60g (1/3 cup) of sugar
1/2 lemon (juice)
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, butter and combine all with your hands.
  2. Cut the apples into small chunks, add them to the pan. Add the sugar and lemon juice and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the mold, pressing with the hands and slightly creating a side border. Pour over the previously cooked apples.
  4. Cover with the remaining half of the batter and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for
  5. 35 minutes.
  6. Decorate with powdered sugar.
