Yogurt cake: fluffy and light to prepare on special occasions!

Every bite is heaven! Here's an easy recipe to make a creamy dessert in no-time:
 
INGREDIENTS
50g (1/3 cup) of flour
20g (1/4 cup) of corn starch
300g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) of yogurt
2g (1/4 tsp) of salt
30ml of vegetable oil
4 egg yolks
1 tsp of vanilla extract
4 egg whites
80g (1/3 cup) of sugar
1 tsp of lemon juice

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the egg yolks, yogurt, salt, vanilla extract, flour, cornstarch and mix all until is well combined.
  2. In another bowl add the egg whites, sugar, lemon, and whisk with a mixer until the egg whites are firm.
  3. In a bowl with the egg yolks, add the spatulas from the egg white mixture and mix well with a spatula.
  4. Add the egg yolks mixture into the rest of the egg white mixture and combine all together well.
  5. Add the mixture into the mold and spin in a circle with a skewer stick. Gently tap the mold a few times to remove the air bubbles.
  6. Add the mold to the baking tray and pour hot water. Bake in the oven at 284°F/140°C for 60-70 minutes.
