Pasta nests: an alternative version of a classic dish!

Pasta + meatballs? This dish is so delicious!

INGREDIENTS
400g of minced meat
1 packet of pasta
1 onion
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
 
2 tbsp tomato paste
50ml (6 tbsp) olive oil
Garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chili pepper powder
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
1 tsp dried basil
1 liter boiling water
 
50g shredded mozzarella 

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together meat with salt, pepper, onion, and breadcrumbs. Make meatballs.
  2. In another bowl mix together water, spices, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Put pasta into the pan, top with meatballs and pour the prepared mixture into it.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
