Fried piadinas: crunchy and super easy to make!

Ready in a pan in a few minutes, this is the perfect idea for a quick and tasty lunch!
INGREDIENTS

310g (2 1/2 cups) flour
250ml (1 cup) water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
300 g ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
2 eggs
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together flour, salt, water, and oil.
- Roll out the dough into the circle.
- Transfer to the baking pan and fill with meat and egg in the middle.
- Cover and fry from both sides until golden brown.
