Braided homemade buns: how to make them perfect and delicious

Ingredients:
400 gr semolina flour
100 gr flour 0
260 ml room temperature water
75 ml extra virgin olive oil
12 gr fresh brewer's yeast
10 gr fine salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water.
2. Then add oil, semolina flour, flour and salt.
3. Let it rise for at least 90 minutes.
4. Then divide the dough into blocks of 100 g each.
5. Form the braids and let them rest for 45 minutes.
6. Bake at 400°f (200°) for 30 minutes.
