Frollis cookies: perfect to serve in milk!

They are perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
50g (1 cup) puffed rice
1/2 tsp salt
40g (1/3 cup) brown sugar
170g (3/4 cup) flour
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
90g melted butter
1 egg
7g dry yeast
20g (1/4 cup) cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
240g (1 cup) flour
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
70g melted butter
30ml (2 tbsp) warm milk
1 egg
10g (1/8 cup) cocoa
7g dry yeast
1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- In a pan add sugar, salt, melt until becomes caramel, add puffed rice. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180’C (350’F) for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together butter, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, yeast, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Make very small balls and transfer them to the baking pan. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 10-15 minutes.
- In another bowl mix the ingredients in the same way and divide the dough into 2 portions and add more cocoa to the second. Roll out oblong pieces of dough, connect them together and roll out again. Make similar small balls and bake at 180’C( 350’F) for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with milk.
