Fried fluffy donuts: how to make them perfect and delicious

Ingredients:
250 gr mashed potatoes
250 gr Manitoba flour
250 gr flour 00
125 gr butter
2 eggs
1 yolk
100 gr sugar
Orange peel
Aroma of vanilla
12 gr brewer's yeast
10 gr salt
Directions:
1. Start working the potatoes, flour and sugar together.
2. Crumble the yeast and mix everything together.
3. Then add the vanilla flavor and gradually the eggs.
4. Add the orange peel, salt and butter.
5. Form a smooth, soft dough and make folds.
6. Let it rise for 2/3 hours.
7. Form the staples and let them rise for 3 hours.
8. Fry in hot oil and pass them in sugar.
