Vanilla and lemon biscuits: the easy way to make them perfect

Ingredients:
113g butter (room temperature)
60g sugar
1 lemon (zest)
1g salt
1 yolk
30g sugar-free yogurt
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
125g "00" flour
16g rice starch
Directions:
1. Soften the butter then add the sugar.
2. Add the lemon zest, egg yolk, yogurt, vanilla extract, flour and starch.
3. Form a homogeneous mixture and form the biscuits.
4. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 17 minutes.
