Fluffy pie with lemon cream: a tasty dessert to absolutely try

Ingredients:
Ingredients for the base:
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
150 grams of sugar
60 gr of seed oil
half a glass of milk
170 grams of flour 00
1/2 sachet of baking powder
Lemon peel
1 lemon fillet
Ingredient soaks:
water q.s.
limoncello to taste
ingredients for the lemon cream:
500 grams of milk
1 peel of 1 lemon
4 egg yolks
100 grams of sugar
35 gr of corn starch
1 vial of lemon flavoring
Directions:
1. Cream: mix the egg yolks with the sugar then add the starch, flavoring and lemon zest. Bring to the heat with the milk and let it thicken.
2. Base: mix one egg, two egg whites, sugar, oil, milk, flour, yeast, lemon zest and flavor. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Assemble the tart and serve.
