Pork slices with sauce: the delicious meal to make easily

Ingredients:
Thin slices of pork
1 leek
1 carrot
2/3 cloves of garlic
Bay leaves
Olive oil
100 ml white wine
150 ml cooking cream
600 ml of broth
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Season the slices of meat with salt and pepper, then brown them in a pan with the oil.
2. In a pan, cook garlic, leek, carrots and salt.
3. Then add the bay leaves, wine, cream and broth.
4. Bring to a boil and then blend everything.
5. Serve the meat with the resulting sauce.
