Cheese focaccia: delicious and ready in few minutes!

Perfect for a tasty dinner ready in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
60ml (1/4 cup) water
7g dry yeast
250g (2 cups) flour
8g (2 tsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
10ml (2 tsp) olive oil
120ml (½ cup) milk
Butter
Cheese

METHOD
  1. In a small bowl, pour water, yeast, sugar, and a spoonful of flour.
  2. Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour flour, salt and yeast mixture into a mixing bowl. Add milk and knead the dough.
  4. Drizzle the dough with oil and knead until combined. Leave to stand for 60 minutes.
  5. Divide into four parts and fill with butter and cheese.
  6. Bake in a pan. Serve.
