Battered zucchini: crunchy and tasty!

How to make a delicious zucchini side dish!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini
2 Eggs
100g (1/2 cup) Kefir
40g (4 tbsp) Flour
4g (1 tsp) Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchinis into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl add eggs, kefir, salt, and flour. Mix it then cover the zucchini slices with that mixture.
  3. Place them in a pan and fry. Serve.
