Coconut and chocolate truffles: the delicious no bake recipe

Ingredients:
300 gr of ricotta
grated zest of half a lemon
90 gr of coconut flour to decorate
80 grams of sugar
30 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
30 ml of rum (alternatively milk)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and lemon zest.
2. Then add the ricotta, cocoa and rum.
3. Leave the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
4. Form the balls and pass them in the coconut flour.
