Cinnamon raisins bread muffin: the fluffy idea to try right now

Ingredients:
7g (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
14g (1 tbsp) sugar
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
8g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
50g (4 tbsp) sugar
3g (1 tsp) salt
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted
1 large egg
Apple sauce or other fillings, cinnamon, raisins
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix dry yeast, 14 gr of sugar and warm milk. Cover for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Then add flour, vanilla sugar, 50 gr of sugar and salt.
3. Finally add melted butter, egg and leave to rest for 60-90 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and make the muffins. Cover for 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
