Spices carrots: how to prepare a tasty and simple side dish

Ingredients:
500 gr carrots
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of water
Directions:
1. Peel the carrots and boil them in salted water.
2. In a mortar, crush and mix garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano and add vinegar, oil and water.
3. Season the carrots and leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
