Peach pound cake: the fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
3 eggs
salt
180 gr sugar
55 ml sunflower oil
220 gr milk
300 gr flour 00
16 gr baking powder
1 cubed peach
2 peaches cut into wedges
Powdered sugar

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix eggs, salt and sugar.
2. Then add oil, milk, flour and baking powder.
3. Stir and add the diced peaches.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and add the peaches into wedges.
5. Bake at 356°F(180°) for 40/45 minutes.
