Stuffed tomato: how to make this tasty and simple recipe

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 egg
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
70 gr cheese to be grated
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes and empty them.
2. Chop the pulp and mix it with egg, parsley, garlic, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
3. Stuff the tomatoes and bake at 400°F(200°) for 20-30 minutes.
